Did You Know?...

The County now has over 700 acres planted to Grapes and up to nine new Wineries opening in 2009. The County will surpass Lake Erie North Shore / Pelee Island as Ontario's 2nd largest Viticultural Area...only one year after being designated as such by the VQA!

The County is home to more award winning wines per capita (Winery) than ANY other Viticultural area in Ontario!

The County is growing new and exciting grape varietals found in no other Ontario Designated Viticultural Area: St. Laurent, Frontenac, St. Croix, Regent, and Landau, to name just a few.

In the first of the six-city
